  • Fridays - 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM - weather permitting

  • Saturdays - 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM - weather permitting

Marti facilitates prenatal yoga and birthing essentials via Zoom.

Online Birthing Ball Class with Marti:

  • Tuesdays - 7 PM to 8 PM
