This class is designed for new students AND students ready to learn alignment based skills. This inspiring class will give you a clear understanding of yoga poses and adaptive techniques to apply in any yoga class you wish to attend.
You Will Learn
How to safely move through yoga postures with optional modifications.
How to trust your body and listen to your breath.
How to focus your mind on and off the mat.
What To Bring: Each participant will need their own yoga mat. Bring writing materials.
Classes are 2:00-3:15 PM PT.
Spend this Sunday afternoon with your partner bonding with each other and your developing baby. Together, you’ll learn breathing methods, partner exercises and massage essentials to use at home and in the hospital. Specific yoga poses will help strengthen your body, relax your mind and increase your confidence during labor and through the entire birth process. Marti will be available after the workshop to answer any questions and offer additional resources if needed.
Who Can Attend: Pregnant women can attend with their partner, doula, midwife, family member or friend.

As the seasons shift, so do our bodies. This special class is designed to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause, using the grounding energy of autumn to restore balance and vitality.
Through breathwork, mindful movement, and deep rest, we’ll work to regulate the nervous system, ease common symptoms like hot flashes, anxiety, and disrupted sleep, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms.
Expect a nurturing, supportive space with practices tailored to this phase of life—including cooling techniques, gentle flow, and restorative poses. Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and more at home in your body.
All levels welcome. No previous yoga experience needed.
