Menopause Made Easier With Yoga

 
 

This special class offers detailed instruction and deeper learning as you navigate womanhood. You will develop a clear understanding of anatomy, psychology and lifestyle tips proven to bring you more ease.

Peri Menopause, Menopause and Post Menopause are life altering transitions for every woman.  Marti's research, teachings and personal experience address common symptoms during the sage years of life. The menopause journey does not have to be lonely. Your facilitator is often referred to as "The Menopause Midwife", offering supportive and enriching guidance.

Empowered Birth: Couples Prenatal Yoga Workshop

 

Spend this Sunday afternoon with your partner bonding with each other and your developing baby. Together, you’ll learn breathing methods, partner exercises and massage essentials to use at home and in the hospital. Specific yoga poses will help strengthen your body, relax your mind and increase your confidence during labor and through the entire birth process. Marti will be available after the workshop to answer any questions and offer additional resources if needed.

Who Can Attend: Pregnant women can attend with their partner, doula, midwife, family member or friend.

What To Bring: Each participant will need their own yoga mat. Bring writing materials.

Yoga 101: Yoga for Beginners

 

This class is designed for new students AND students ready to learn alignment based skills. This inspiring class will give you a clear understanding of yoga poses and adaptive techniques to apply in any yoga class you wish to attend.

You Will Learn

  • How to safely move through yoga postures with optional modifications.

  • How to trust your body and listen to your breath.

  • How to focus your mind on and off the mat.

What To Bring: Each participant will need their own yoga mat. Bring writing materials.
