In-Person Classes

Are you longing to join a community of expectant moms? Look no further!

Marti offers birth support classes & workshops at Crave Yoga in Mountain View, CA.

Prenatal Yoga | Saturdays | 12pm to 1pm

This class will reduce your fears about pregnancy and replace them with a wealth of yoga techniques and connection with other pregnant moms. You will learn how to reduce fatigue, nausea, spinal discomfort, and ligament pain. The yoga postures you will learn will allow you to confidently attend other classes at Crave Yoga, with assurance that you can modify your practice as you feel necessary. This class is unique. It is adapted to all stages of pregnancy. Individual attention will be provided. Marti is available after class to offer resources which may include prenatal massage, birthing ball guidance, doula recommendations, prenatal nutrition resources and more. Start as soon as your healthcare provider gives the thumbs up!

This class is recommended by fertility experts for women wishing to conceive. Marti is a certified holistic fertility coach.

Prenatal Yoga In the Park

This fun and empowering yoga class is facilitated in a beautiful, open air, shaded park. You’ll meet other pregnant moms and share valuable resources. It’s the perfect activity to bond with your developing baby while experiencing the many benefits of yoga and fitness. This class is designed for all stages of pregnancy. No prior yoga experience is needed.

Wednesdays 12pm to 1pm
Stay for lunch and connection time 1pm to 2pm.

Fridays 10:45am to 11:45am

Free Parking: Church Street or Mtn. View Library

Public Restrooms: Available inside Mtn. View Library

10 Class Package $360 valid for 120 days from purchase date

If you purchase a package, to use it you need to sign up for individual class time with no extra fee. Use the code you received with the discount class package.

Drop in and discount class packages are non-refundable.

Refunds are not permitted.
All classes must be paid before attending. No exceptions.
Each class is limited to 10 moms to ensure individual guidance and group synergy.

Online Classes

Online Prenatal Yoga using the Birthing Ball Tuesdays & Thursdays 7pm - 8pm (PST)

This class is designed to help you relieve back pain, round ligament pain, relieve annoying constipation and decrease pelvic floor pressure that occurs during pregnancy. You will learn essential birthing ball exercises to use during labor and essential tips to use at the hospital.

Payment Policies for Online & In-Person Classes

  • All purchases are final. No refunds permitted.

  • Discount class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • All students must sign a liability waiver to participate in class.

Your registration is complete upon payment for a single class or a prepaid package. The Zoom link for the class will be emailed to you once payment is received. You are encouraged to submit your payment a minimum of 24 hours in advance of class time.
